DELIVERY INFORMATION

Prices are stated on each product how
much the delivery will cost. Delivery prices stated do NOT
include the Scottish Highlands, Scotland Postcodes beginning AB, DD, KA, IV,
PA, PH, KY, FK, Islands off Mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Southern Ireland
is classed as International. We can deliver to these places but the delivery
charge would be more than stated. Please contact us for more
information.
Delivery time does vary, and normally
takes 2 - 3 working days, unless stated differently on the product that you are
interested in.
During busy periods we do ask that you
allow extra time for delivery.
The following information is important to be read by customers who are purchasing and have purchased products from us and are waiting on delivery.
Large products such as Electric
Scooters and Electric Bikes travel through a courier service or a haulage
company. Once you have taken delivery of your item we ask that you check it
immediately and report to us immediately if there has been
any damage. When taking delivery of your item if the box looks to be damaged in
any way please sign Box
Damaged. All products are checked
before they leave our premises so if the product has been damaged this would of
happened while in transit. In order to replace this product we MUST be
informed within 24
Hours of you taking delivery. If we are not
informed within this time scale the courier services will not be held
responsible for any damage and we will not be able to replace the item.
 Parts are currently
only available to order over the telephone. The delivery cost depends on the
weight and size of the part that you are ordering. The price for postage will
be discussed with you when you order. Most parts (depending on there weight) are sent via Royal Mail Recorded
Signed For service and normally take 2 - 3 working days for delivery. During
busy periods we do ask that you allow extra time for delivery.
 Goods travelling
through our Courier Service and Royal Mail require a signature when they
deliver. If no one is available to sign when delivery is attempted a card will
be left with details of who to contact to re-arrange the
delivery.
