All Electric Bikes that are sold by CE DIRECT EAST UK LTD carry a 6 month warranty. Electric Bikes that fail within this 6 month period will either be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Fair wear and tear and operating of products in a way opposite to their intended use is considered abuse and not covered by warranty. Tyres & Tubes, Belts, Fuses, Bulbs, Twist Throttles and Chains are classed as consumables and are not covered by the warranty after 7 days. Batteries have a 90 day guarantee. If Warranty repair requires only the replacement of user serviceable part, and the customer is comfortable with replacing the part themselves CE DIRECT EAST UK LTD will courier the part out to the customer. If warranty requires more than part replacement the item must be returned to CE DIRECT EAST UK LTD for warranty repair. It is the customers responsibility to return the item, however CE DIRECT EAST UK LTD will pay for the return goods to be sent back to the customer, via our courier service, following completion of the warranty repair. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they are purchasing the product suitable for their needs. Products should not be purchased for a trial only. If the customer is unsure that the product is suitable then they should contact ourselves before purchase.
Returns and Refund Information In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase we will refund the cost of the product (not delivery charge) provided that the customer returns the product in its original packaging with all parts supplied, intact and unused within 7 days of purchase. It is the customers responsibility for the return of the goods at their own expense and must insure goods to cover the full value. The customer must ensure they receive a signed receipt of delivery to ourselves. All receipts and order numbers must be returned with the goods or the return will not be vaild. We will refund the purchase value of the goods within 30 days of receiving them, as long as all conditions are met. We will not make any refund if the goods are returned used, damaged or in any different state or condition in which they were sent out. The goods remain the customers, until we accept the return has met our criteria. We reserve the right to charge a 20% handling fee for returns and also may not refund all or part of the purchase value if all criteria is not met. |
